NO, it is illegal to earn income from commissions without doing anything,
you must make an order to earn the commissions, the SIZE of this order is
not important at all, contrary to your claim in the previous message to me
that your income MUST be mostly from product sales. This is not true at
all. The requirement legally is that you DO something to EARN the 
commission, if you do nothing you earn nothing. Making an order for more
brochures each month satisfies the legal requirement that you DO something
to earn your commissions.
