Ok, I've been given the new rules for polling Dave, and they
are 4AM-7AM is banned.  I am thus polling at 7AM and 9PM.  This
means that in Summer, there will be no time when you can get
the lowest STD rates for the very latest mail.  This will only
affect Rod and Bill I think.  Probably Bill doesn't care 
actually.  Come to think of it, Bill is mad anyway.  Come to
think of it, so is Rod.  If they were cows, we would say they
were suffering from Mad Cow's Disease.  But they aren't cows.
