I compiled this without any warnings with Cset++ 2.01 (csd 9 installed).

Watcom  v10 did,  however,  generate errors similar to yours.  exe.h is a
very old header,  originally for msc 5.  I'd suggest you just remove the
"#ifndef BYTE" stuff.

ps: Why are you using exe.h and not newexe.h?
