The patch program changes BP and BPC so that they generate OS/2 .Exes
instead of Windows .Exes. It won't affect your DOS programs at all. To
change from generating DOS apps to OS/2 apps, all you have to do to switch
is to change the target. As far as the runtime libraries are concerned,
you have a whole new set to work with. OS/2 libraries are compiled with a
TP2 extention.

I don't know what files you have, there are several floating around
with differing degrees of support. There is also a PM API and a port of
TVision. Something to take into consideration is that probably none of
your toolkits, if you have any, will work without modification. The reason
is that the INTR command isn't fully supported, as well as probably a few
other gotchas that I haven't found yet. I work with various Turbo Power
libraries and I doubt I'll be able to port any of them. (Too much work) I
have managed to port a couple of the units out of Technojocks Toolkit
(shareware), but it's a considerably smaller toolkit.
