The juvenile justice system [an oxymoron if I ever heard
one] was never designed nor equipped to handle violent
felons. To pretend that it was and is constitutes liberal
wish-fulfillment of the more deranged kind. Adult crimes
require adult punishment. Nor should past criminal history
be concealed from juries during the punitive phase. 
... Gun Control isn't not about guns. It's about CONTROL!
