Check the laws. That law is unconstitutional. It goes right along with
the laws on radar detectors. I seem to remember something about "any USA
citizen being able to listen to ANY transmitted signal as long is it is
not used for personal gain".
Which law do you want to listen to. The old established laws or the new
laws set up by some jackleg congressman just looking to be re-elected.
     As far as Im concerned (and no, I dont monitor cellular calls) if
they dont want them heard.....SCRAMBLE THEM! US military has been doing
it for years. Its cheap and easy.
    Hitler took the radios away also. Cant have any bad influences can
we now. Any way.....lighten the hell up.
