Or get it from the support people directly, in this case, MBE.
Regardless, there was plenty of warning about it.  

BTW, I went through the whole V.34 spec, and didn't see any
mention of "NG".  What does "NG" stand for, what section of
the standard is it mentioned in, is there any synonym it might
be listed under?

BTW, was it you that was calling it 8pm on Monday?  Just as 
predicted, as soon as I disabled adaptive answer, whoever it
was stopped calling.  That was why I didn't disable it on the
second-to-last attempt.

Also BTW, does this mean the USR Courier is violating the V34 spec,
since it has no problem calling the Viper?
