Yes, BTPE 3.0 was the "equivalent" of Binkley 2.50.  So in other
words, 2.59 didn't work either, as I would have expected.  Also,
no matter which one you used, it would have worked up until a few
weeks ago when I had V34 added as a flag.  BFN.  Paul.
