Bill, you and David were claiming that they were ALL "user-errors",
which is why USR refused to fix them. You passed off my Spirit
Viper failed EC call as "one-off, irrelevant", from memory. The
fact that I'd only made 3 calls to a Viper didn't seem to bother
you. As it is, now that you've had a chance to call a Viper and
an M34F, it happens to them too. Why you thought it was more
prudent to just say "it's only a one-off thing" rather than treat
it as a piece of test data worth investigating can only be
explained in light of FRZ.
And Rod's problem was washed away too, David alluded to the real
reason, USR couldn't give a shit, they think they can make more
money by NOT fixing a bug in that regard. BFN. Paul.
