I have to agree that it would be best to restrict the importing of the 
birds to only go to breeders. But it is like I said there was no mention of 
this in the ruling. The only consideration is the viability of the birds in
the wild and this is loosely worded and might give way or at least bend under
political pressure. Knowing that I would assume that within the next three 
years we will once again have imports of Amazons and Macaws..
