SOUP is what us internet folks prefer.  QWK forces like a 3 field header
- to, from, and date.  SOUP supports all the internet header fields,
which is about 8 more fields in addition to the QWK fields.  Right now,
when QWK is used to gather internet mail, the internet header gets
thrown into the first 10 lines of the body.
(all the figures are approximate, I didn't bother to count.)
