It was detailed discribed in those "Nieuwsbrief" (HCC monthly) in those
years. Maybe 1 or 2 issues I kept.
Yep. Those were the days, when "Dutchie" was the obligated mailer software
for sysops in N500.

Must be someone who still has some of the very first nodelists.

As far as I can remember, that's correct.
And that was/is just the reason that nodes _must_ be available to accept mail.
