While I'm here I might as well put forth one of my ideas for improving
MAXIMUS (or maybe this is a complaint. )
New callers have a lot of trouble with the P)revious Message menu item.
Once it is selected, as we all know, pushing ENTER after that keeps
sending the caller back to older messages. I think this feature would
have more utility if they had to keep selecting P)... to go backwards.
I.e., ENTER should only send them forward in the base.
I've had some beginners hang up in frustration trying to figure out what
was going on. (I still remember when I was frustrated likewise by this.)
