Hi fellow quilters and wannabees!
   To date I have heard from 3 ladies who will be sending me a block this
   month.  I hope some of you who would like to try your hand at making
   a quilt block will join in this month and send me a 12 1/2" unfinished
   star block, colors your choice.  There are many star patterns available
   in quilt books.  One that comes to mind that is very easy is the
   Ohio Star pattern.  This one is in many beginner quilt books that are
   available at your local library.  I hope I have convinced some new
   quilters to make a block.  There is a very good chance of winning
   this exchange.  Then you could ask for a block of your choice and
   enjoy receiving blocks to make a quilt. :)
