That's funny, because I called CAB myself and they told me it was legal..as
did Austel...the Trades and Practices Commission..Consumer Affairs and so
on... I think what you meant to say that 'YOUR version of what I am doing
is illegal'. 
If your going to enquire at government agencies, at least have the decency
to tell them that it is 'First Netcom' you are talking about.
