ad a) Client Server Programming with OS/2 2.1 [VNR]
ad b) :-), there is only the one avail which is shipped with the compiler.
Some of the UICL developers wrote a book, announced for okt. 1993 (!!), but
now in betatest (:-) [testing a book == reading it and look for errors].
