Where did I blame the Courier for that?  If you'd bothered to read
my messages over the past few months, you would have noticed that I
have said we need a line trace to determine who is at fault.

But don't let what I really said get in the way of what you would have
liked me to say.

Oh, and the onus is on both companies to investigate the problem.
Neither company is worth the paper it prints the warranty on.
