Hmmm.
Two years ago I would definitely have agreed with it.
Today, I dunno what the reason is... but usually if something happens or
somebody indicates they were expecting x but got y I can find and fix the
problem pretty quickly. Note that this only applies to my own code, we
have guys whose code I get dizzy even trying to decipher, let alone debug.
I still like the quote though. :)
