Yes, it was the 1997 Beatles tribute project put together by members of 
rec.music.beatles; an earlier collection, "Let It r.m.b.", was released 
in 1995.

If I'm not mistaken, long-time rmb'er Rich Cook may still have some of 
the original cassettes. There are CD versions of the collections as well.

I've been meaning to get around to scanning all the original liner notes 
and package inserts for a couple of years. Funny how other projects keep 
getting in the way. But I'll see what I can do in the next day or two 
and will post a note when they're online.
