I went to the library today, and picked out a book called The " ADHD PARENTS 
GUIDE". So far it has discussed the symptoms, and the ways to help these 
symptoms be put at ease. RITALIN (The drug I was against totally) has been 
studied and seems to be effective with little or no side effects. My son will 
be starting it real soon. I just can't wait to see some results.
 There are two different characterizations of this disorder. There is 
HYPERACTIVITY, and the attention disorder. I know which one my son falls 
under, and that is the attention disorder. He is very easily distracted in 
class, and at home. I could go on, but I won't. I'm sure you understand what 
I am going through, and getting at.
 Let's just say, I did my homework. TTYL.
