Agreed. Serious penalties too.

This Medicare Levy thing has me disturbed too. It sets a *nasty*
precedence and I don't like it one little bit. Of course this is an
ideal time for one of my favorite little lines...

If I paid taxes, I'd really be pissed.

Sadly the inference is not true. I do pay taxes, and I'm pissed!
