Sorry about your financial constrainsts. I'm surprise to here that you have 
to pay a fee to get on the bbs. here in Montreal the bbs are free, but they 
will accept a donation. I would find out if you could find a bbs in your area 
that is free of charge. Your bbs should supply you with a list of other bbs 
in the surrounding area. If not ask the coordinator to supply you with it. 
He/she should since you are paying for the service. If not free perhaps 
perhaps another bbs is cheaper.
