Sorry for such a basic question, but I'm just learning -

I found a program at one time that would play a .wav file or sound a chime
at certain intervals each and every hour - for instance at 15 minutes past
each hour it would play .wav "xxxx".

I've lost it and would like to have it again - can anyone help?
