Live and learn.... all I did was do a install of the NS plugin pkg
(nspip30.zip) on my eCS 1.1 system.  Voila!  That install must
have told the OS/2 ini's something.   Now the sound plugins work 
in both NS461 and Moz 1.7

Ten years of Warp'in and still learnin'.......
