Microsoft has an excellent one included in SMS but I don't believe they
sell it separately. I got it from my MSDN subscription and it's the one
thing I always keep installed on my laptop. I've not found it lacking in
any way. And it's got an "experts" set of reports that can find
top senders and top receivers among other very handy report type features
(shows how many frames/packets/K the top users are doing).
