From: "Hrvoje Mesing" Hi, Task Manager > Process Tab > Image Name columne: Processes names (.exe) are shrinked to 8. format with '~' - weird. Reboot == nothing. *. Did not checked tasklist.exe - im interested and will do that tomorow. RSS Feed Client - News Crawler which is using IE engine gets PopUps on top. Situation. Page is viewed in the news crawler window, when new link is pressed it is auto initating new web page (popup) > page displays - no popup blocking is initiated. Maybe this would be a normal behavior cauze "next" button will initate new page in the news crawler itself + initate new IE with specified URL. Still, url is part of the web lunched before + there is /popup/ specified all the way. *. should check it more! Security center, in Corporate env. - Domain, does not show Anti-Virus presence. Maybe this is left to Domain Admins to know, but weird is, why FW otion view/settings are there ? Anyone knows what is the "disk size" diffrerential after SP2 install ? 50-100MB ? After install and first boot, clicking on start i get "New programs installed". Internet Explorer is the aplication that is pointed. If OEX is modified too, why it is not pointed too ? Anyone tested: netsh firewall set notifications enable ? They are Off by default. Anyone knows if Task Manager > Networking Tab: counts data even if the networking tab is not focused ? Anyone knows if netsh port mapper is working ? netsh interface portproxy>add v4tov4 ... Anyone knows why: netsh interface ip>show tcpconn is giving an: Please use 'net start remoteaccess' on the machine to... when RRAS is an option only on Win Servers editions ? Anyone checked Help and Support Center ? There are many broken links (after installing resource kits and admin paks), also some of the netsh. I goto eat procedure, enjoy. -+- M. --- BBBS/NT v4.01 Flag-5* Origin: Barktopia BBS Site http://HarborWebs.com:8081 (1:379/45) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 379/45 1 396/45 106/2000 633/267 |
