I heard him say that the legislation was drafted so that it *must*
revert back to the previous level. I really don't think he would try
to mislead us on that as it would only blow up in his face later.
What I *am* concerned about is the precedence that it now sets.

Oh. I wouldn't mind the $1,100 they owe me for my two RD-9's either :(
