The EAS will be able to specifically address individual stations, regions,
counties, etc, via digital packets, and routing!
Furthermore, if one station in a chain is down, under the old EBS it
could cripple a entire region.  Not so with EAS!
It will work with fully automated stations also!  
difference is the same as night and day!
