EleBBS has a windows version, and is a clone of RA. It comes with its own
telnet server, and when used in conjunction with syncfoss or netfoss will
allow you to run DOS doors via telnet.

The support list for EleBBS is very active, and you can get all the help
you need with it there.  If you are used to RA, you should have no problem
with EleBBS.

There is also a cgi based web interface (EleWEB) for EleBBS.
