When asking such a question it would be great to know what you have tried to 
do
 like have you downloaded and installed the PCMCIA card services?
Also one think that have bothered a lot of PCMCIA modem owners (yes, even me 
;) is that you need to load the serial module BEFORE the driver, and no the 
autolo der (kerneld) will NOT do that for you. So you need to compile it into 
the kern l, or edit your boot script to load it for you (but when it's always 
loaded why not compile it in to the kernel?).
... According to my calculations the problem doesn't exist.
