Into a file named user.js, in your profile directory (alongside
prefs.js), put the following:

user_pref("browser.throbber.url", "http://www.google.com/");

After doing that and restarting Moz, clicking the throbber will take you
to Google instead of Mozilla.org (or wherever it takes you in Webi).
