Nope, the only information I have relayed to the CAB is EXACTLY what you
have posted here, minus your company name of course, as I'm not in the
business of intentionally dropping people in it, Rod.  On that basis, it is
illegal.  

Additionally, it seems that you have neglected to tell us about a few
"minor" conditions which tend to negate the value of the 5%
discount you offer.  BTW, why only 5% ??  Discounts of up to 15% are
available, so please tell me that you're not withholding the balance for
yourself.

I have already received netmail from somebody who has actually received
your documentation (he is now of the opinion that it is indeed a scam,
BTW), and he is in turn sending it to me for further analysis.  On the
surface, it would appear that you are getting around the illegal pyramid
structure by asking people to buy something from your catalogue (nice
little loophole, that one!), but until such time as I have checked it out
myself, and referred its contents to the CAB, I would prefer not to comment
further at this stage.
