Not a big fan of due process, are you? Would it terribly
offend you if we completed the Grand Jury proceedings
before heating the tar and plucking the chickens?

It costs $13 million to decide if a crime was committed
when the individual being investigated engages in a massive
and protracted effort to conceal, destroy and deny the
existence of subpoenaed evidence. Most recent examples:
Kathleen Wiley's letters to the Dufus - the White House
denied their existence until after her appearance on 60
Minutes.
BTW, that $13 million has also resulted in 13 indictements
- 12 of which resulted in convictions, including
convictions of a sitting judge and a sitting governor.
