This week I wasn't feeling particularly friendly to the environment-- minus
30 to minus 40 F wind chills are just a bit too cold for me! I drove to work
and my bike got a rest. Hopefully, I won't have that excuse next week. (I
may have a different excuse, looking for somewhere to live, but that is a
different problem/story.)

I meant to look into those this past summer. If it goes like my normal
experience with both sandals and cycling shoes, I won't be able to find any
that fit my feet properly-- but I won't know until I try!
I was very glad when I finally made it home that day and got out of my wet
socks! A nice hot shower, and television seemed to help a lot, too... :-)

Yep! Sometimes I am anxious to get home so I can lift weights and work off
any remaining (negative) energy/ frustration. Bicycling is a good start to
burning off the excess energy-- much better than driving my car. (And less
temptation to take a side trip and waste time and money elsewhere, such as on
fast food.)
Keep biking!
