The Vincent actually had HRD emblazoned on the tank, although I don't know
what it stood for.  The bike you are thinking of was BSA.

Well, AJS, Ariel, BSA, Douglas, Greeves, Matchless, Norton, Panther, Royal
Enfield, Rudge, Scott, Sunbeam, Triumph and Velocette only adds up to 14.
