Thanks for replying, Scott:

I guess getting their E-Mail/Netmail addresses are out of the question, eh???
SD> Are you sure that your modem cables are wired exactly
 SD> as the documentation specifies?
Yes!!!
SD> Have you set up the appropriate Mask Handshaking lines in max.ctl?
Everything is set for CTS/RTS on the Digiboard and in Max.Ctl!!!
SD> Does your modem initialization string include the appropriate
rameters?
I'm using an external GVC 28.8...Neither the Digiboard manuals or the modem
manuals say anything about adding any parameters to use the two together but
I assume that the Init string is fine since FrontDoor works perfect with the
modem, Digiboard, and Digifossil!!! It only screws up when it tries to load
Maximus and the Logon prompt starts repeating and continues as it scrolls off
the screen!!!
SD> Are you using Send Break to Clear Buffer in max.ctl?
No...Should I be??? Again, I'm using a GVC 28.8 external and I don't have HST
and the Manual doesn't say anything about my modem having internal Buffers!!!
As I've stated before...I have no flow control problems transferring files
with my Mailer!!! I send & recieve Mail and transfer files from other BBSes
using the Term program in my Mailer with excellent speeds and no
difficulty!!! The only problem I have is if a user drops from the mailer to
Maximus and I get the logon prompt echoing!!! The problem has to be in the
Max configs since everything else before that is working fine!!! Is there
anything you need to see in the configs or do you want the Hex numbers from
the Digifossil Stat feature???
Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated!!! :)
P.S.- There is however one weird thing that happens with my Mailer!!! If I
take my BBS down to run a Backup program or something without turning my
computer off and then I reload my Mailer for that node I get a ton of "RING"
messages scrolling up & off the screen before a Connect 1200/75 and then
Carrier lost and then the Modem resets with an OK!!! I do have the buffers on
the Digiboard on...are they suppose to be on???
