Don't have SE here but 98's resource meter shows only
64 Meg of RAM.

An external DOS based diagnostic shows an additional 32 Meg
assigned to the onboard ATI MACH Pro video card and reports the same
64 Meg for Win 98 whether I've 96 Meg in or the current 256.
