I remember when that came out, but like you say I don't believe it ever 
became popular.  :)

One concept that I did like, but never tried, was a keyboard in the shape 
of a big A.  You had the same keyboard layout, but used it like a 
accordian - per the hype, would do away with tarpel tunnel stuff?  (Since 
your wrists tended to stay straght, it sounds logical to me.)
