I add,
Steven, it doesn't seem like your w2k box is behind much of a firewall,
while you have it online. If that's the case, you can always reinstall
it later, but  you don't want it connected to any additional local
network at the same time.

Perhaps you should point that browser to grc.com and find/run "Shields
Up".
