No, I use leechftp for my client, but got users using everything on the
planet and seems to work fine. We use wftpd for all the homepage sites and
ftp based websites.

you mean besides CALs? Last time I looked in order to setup a
userid/password you had to add the user to the NT user database, this gives
far more access to the machine than simply ftp access. I don't like that, I
prefer an ftp server that uses it's own user database so that access is
limited to ftp only without any additional measures being required to
secure the user's access level.
