Unless the machine is on the internet I'm not sure that MS discontinuing
support really means much (security patches are an issue on the net)
But for those NT4 servers on the net doing web service or something
similar, I would think W2K would be the easiest path since it's just a
simple upgrade without all the reconfiguring.
