RA>I suggest that we might also have to do what the emulator writers are RA>doing, and that's to create a file which is a 15X1 disk image - this RA>will allow any direct access of the disk to be done, should any program RA>want to. We could do this for drives 8 & 9, and make drives 10 - 30 RA>just directories on the PC? Whadya reckon? Yep, I'd suggest this too, but not for drive 8. I mean where am I going to plug my real 1541 in?? (: Obviously the best idea is to have it configurable on the pc/amiga end as to how many 1541 emulations you want & how many "hd's". I see little point in this project if you cant have a 40meg 64 drive emulation. cya, Errol --- Ezycom V1.05 00f90038* Origin: WOW BBS - Commodore Suport, Sydney's West (3:713/888) SEEN-BY: 50/99 54/54 640/316 711/807 808 809 929 934 712/623 713/317 700 805 SEEN-BY: 713/888 @PATH: 713/888 54/54 711/808 809 |
