OK, there's several for the command line but I've been using KDE's KMAIL.

Got it here untarred and gunziped in it's own directory and subdirectories
but still have two error messages when I attempt to run it.
When I'm feeling a bit better I'll have another run at it as well
as setting up ztelnet.
Pretty happy with the progress I made with it in a single hour
anyway.

Resized my Linux partitions but as I'd previously isolated
my added fidonet applications it was a simple matter
to recursively copy that to a floppy disk and reinstall
after I reinstalled Knoppix on a larger partition.
