FS>EQ> Have win95 on one C:> drive (partition) Win3.1 and DOS on the second >EQ> C:> partition and then OS/2 on drive D:> which has worked out quite >EQ> well for me. FS>Ev, could you explain that a little bit more? FS>Is your D: drive set up as a Primary or as a Logical drive? D: is set up as a logical drive. When you boot up the computer you boot to the Boot Manager. You can see both of your C: Drives as well as the D: drive. It shows which of the C: drives is hidden. Highlighted is the System you used last. Win 3.1 is always my active C: drive while running OS/2 as there is no interference. Win 95 remains hidden. When I want to boot up into Win 95 I will select that option on the boot Manager. When I am finished I will use the shut down, restart the computer method from Win 95 and select Win 3.1 from the boot manager. When it boots up I shut off the computer unless I am going to be using it in OS/2 mode for some reason. In that case I have to do another reboot to let boot manager know I want to use OS/2. There may be an easier faster way but I haven't needed to look for it since I rarely switch back and forth much without shutting down for a period of time. I hope this helps and if you have more questions I will attempt to answer them. Ev FS>When you boot OS/2, can you see one of the C: drives? Does the one >you see, either C1 or C2, depend on which one was booted just prior >to booting OS/2? FS>TIA FS>Fred FS>--- > * KWQ/2 1.2i * Excellence is getting all the details right.
