I'm using Xenia Mailer 1.98.05+ and WinFOSSIL 1.12r4. Are you sure that
you have the "Keep COM port open during MS-DOS session" option enabled in
WinFOSSIL's setup?
Try enabling the first option and the last three options and disabling the
rest. That setup works here.
