OS/2 gives you everything. You can write for DOS and BIOS and it works
just fine. You can write 16 bit OS/2 (without BIOS or INT 21H) and it
works just fine. You just use the 16 bit API from OS/2 v1.x. You can
write 32 bit OS/2 by using a 32 bit assembler/compiler and use the 32
bit API from OS/2 v2.x.
