Do you REALLY know who your NATURAL father is?  I personally have
always been a bit suspicious that although my LEGAL father is British
descendant, I reckon my natural father was probably an Aboriginal
judging by the size of my nose.  Do you like alcohol?  Maybe your
natural father is an Aboriginal too.  I doubt that the people in
charge of handing out grants are going to insist on a blood test
or something before giving you money.  Why don't you try that out
and see what happens?  BTW, someone told me that you could sign
a statutory declaration to say that you are aboriginal.  Might be
worth a try?  If you do try it, can you post the results here?
