These codes are used by typing them during a race:
   DRAG -=- Unlimited Turbo
   DRUB -=- Invulnerability
   DRUG -=- Instant Shrooms Mode!
   DREAD -=- Unlimited Ammo
   DRINK -=- Rocket Fuel
   
These codes are used in the shop screens:
   DRAW -=- $1000.00 added to your account
   DROOL -=- $500,000.00 added to your account  (!)
   DRIVE -=- 10 points added to your score in the rankings list
