Are you completely fucking thick or what?  I've already told you that if a
modem calls, YOUR modem should issue it's modem connect tones, UNLESS it
hears fax CNG tones from the remote, in which case it will issue its fax
tones instead.  Either way, your modem issues its connect tones FIRST.

Is that such a difficult concept for you to grasp?
