I can't hold ont to this any longer!  I finally got the word.

     I am glad to annouce that TIm Strike is alive and doing well.  Back
about 2-3 months ago he contacted me via ICA and then email.   Yes he is
alive.

     This is all I can say at this point.  He is currently overwhelmed with
this and that.  But when he gets the chance he will reply to quetions I put
to him that I'm sure everyone has.  The typical "What about TG?" 
"Where you been" stuff.  So stay tuned for that when he gets the
time. 
     I'e kept quiet for this long but glad to annouce it finally :)
